On the back of the Targeted Consultations for the PSD2 Review and an Open Finance Framework, the EPC published the Draft of the SEPA Payment Account Access Scheme Rulebook.
This scheme can be crucial for the future of the Open Banking Ecosystem and there are high expectations associated with it. The OBE community is involved in the conversations. The SPAA has been a recurring topic this year, and your feedback has been very valuable to building the scheme.
