OBE is working with financial institutions, TPPs and regulators in many countries to help accelerate the take-up of standardised Open Banking, turning “vision into operational reality”.

As one of the leading advisory bodies working in Asia, Europe and the Americas, in this webinar, Open Banking Exchange discussed:

  • What is the perception of the PSD2 impact in Open Banking
  • What do we mean by terms like Market Driven or Regulatory Compliance?
  • The co-existence of Schemes, the PSD2 and Premium APIs
  • The Way moving forward

Europe was one of the first markets to launch a regulatory initiative that permitted and mandated Open Banking. PSD2 was published in 2017, with implementation required by October 2018. Now a review of PSD2 is starting.
