OBE Europe Supplementary Comments for eIDAS Review

Over the last few years, OBE has worked with QTSPs, financial institutions and solution providers to ensure the smooth operation of PSD2 using EU qualified certificates.

Open Banking Exchange Europe (OBE) launched in June 2017 with the aim of fostering innovation, competition, and efficiency to increase consumer choice and enhance security for online payments in the EU. OBE works with regulatory authorities, banks, third party payment service providers, qualified trust service providers (QTSPs) and solution providers to facilitate secure and open payments under PSD2 (Directive (EU) 2015/2366).
