About this working group
The Open Finance working groups, organised by the Chilean regulator, the CMF, to execute the structuring, development and launch of Fintech Law, Articles 16-27 related to open finance in Chile will be taking place in July and August 2023. Open Banking Exchange will be actively participating in these discussions and working groups on:
– Registration & Requirements
– Regulation and Cybersecurity
– Consent and Authentication
– APIs
The countdown will then begin to the regulation publication, due in July 2024.
All our members will be receiving notifications and insights as these working groups progress and how we can together turn regulatory requirements into operational reality.
