In registering for the webinar you will be asked to share your name, company, title, business email address and business phone number (“Personal Details”), and you may be offered the opportunity to provide your comments and questions (“Opinions”) regarding the webinar and/or OBE and its products and services.

How we use your personal data

We will only use your personal data for the purpose for which we collected it which include the following:

Personal Details

• If you register to attend our webinar, we will use your Personal Details to process your registration for the event.
• We will add your Personal Details to the marketing lists of OBE and of our controlling entity Konsentus Ltd and we will use them to contact you from time to time by phone or email with information that we consider will be of interest to you, which may include (by way of example) sending you copies of our reports, whitepapers, newsletters and invitations to future events. You can unsubscribe from any of these marketing lists at any time by contacting us.

Opinions

• If you submit Opinions, we will gather and analyse them along with the Opinions of other contacts for the purposes of collating and reporting on market trends.

Lawful Basis of Processing

We rely on consent as the lawful basis for processing your registration to our webinarsand for adding your Personal Details to our marketing list. To process the Opinions of our contacts, we rely on our legitimate interests (i.e., to analyse market trends).

How we share your personal data

We do not sell personal information we collect about you. We will share your Personal Details to our controlling entity Konsentus Ltd based in the UK and to service providers acting as processors (who provide services like mail administration and survey platform technology). We may also share reports and marketing materials containing data based on anonymised and aggregated Opinions to customers and partners from time to time – but such data will not be attributable to you. We also reserve the right to transfer personal information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets (including in the event of a reorganization, dissolution, or liquidation).

International Transfers

We may transfer the personal data we collect about you to recipients in countries other than the European Economic Area (EEA). Those countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information.

Whenever we transfer your personal data to external third parties based outside of the EEA, we ensure a similar degree of protection as granted in the EEA is afforded to it by ensuring that certain safeguards are implemented, as described in our privacy policy

Data retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for.  Where your Personal Details are added to our marketing lists, this means until such time as you unsubscribe from our marketing communications and/or we reasonably believe that you do not wish to hear from us. Opinions are anonymised.

Your legal rights

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data, including the right to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, the right to request a correction to data that is inaccurate, and the right to object to further communications from us (amongst other rights).
